La recherche en ostéopathie progresse notamment grâce à l’investissement de certains établissements de formation.
En effet, un travail réalisé au Laboratoire de recherche de l’Institut des Hautes Études Ostéopathiques (IdHEO) de Nantes, en collaboration avec l’université de Nantes, a fait l’objet d’une publication dans l’International Journal of Osteopathic Medicine [1], le 10 juillet dernier.
Plusieurs autres travaux de l’IdHEO sont en phase d’étude et pourraient être publiés dans les mois qui viennent.
D’autre part, les travaux du Département recherche de l’Ecole Supérieure d’Ostéopathie (ESO) de Paris ont également fait l’objet de trois articles dans la presse scientifique internationale, deux dans la revue Computer Methods in Biomechanics and Biomedical Engineering [2], et une dans le American Academy of Ostepathy Journal [3].
Le SFDO, qui a toujours soutenu la recherche en ostéopathie, souhaite ici saluer la qualité du travail des professionnels qui ont réalisé ces études.
